GREEN PASS VERIFICATION
Ipoint Hotel Bologna uses the VerificaC19 APP to check the validity of the Green Pass for guests who access the services for which the obligation is required.
SANITIZATION AND SANITIZATION OF THE ROOMS
At each departure the room and the bathroom are sanitized and ventilated for at least 60 minutes.
PERIODIC CLEANING OF AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS
Both the inflow of external air and the frequency of filter cleaning using suitable disinfectant products have been maximised.
SECURITY FEATURES FOR GUESTS AND HOTEL STAFF
Specific personal protective equipment has been provided for the hotel staff and the Safety Kit (Mask and disinfectant gel sachets) will be available for guests. Guests will also find dispensers of hand sanitizer gel in all public areas and at the bars and restaurants of the hotels.
SANITIZATION AND REORGANIZATION OF THE COMMON ENVIRONMENTS
All common areas of the hotel are sanitized and sanitized several times a day with specific equipment. The areas have been reorganized to ensure social separation and an adequate level of security. In this regard, a special signage has been set up that will help the guest to keep the appropriate distance, to follow the anti- contact rules and the correct routes to enter and leave the hotel and public areas.
REORGANIZATION OF MEETING AND EVENT SPACES
The spaces and flows of entry and exit from the meeting and event areas have also been completely revised on the basis of the rules of social separation: all meeting rooms have adjusted their capabilities and are available in different sets-up to meet any need of our guests.
NEW WAYS OF SERVICE AND PROPOSALS FOR FOOD & BEVERAGE
Breakfast is served à la carte or in the room. The way we present and service our products takes into account all safety criteria. The paper menus have been deleted.
STAFF TRAINING
All ipoint Hotel Bologna staff has been trained in the new procedures and service standards provided by the security protocol.
